REFUNDS 

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credits will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder. Please allow 5-10 days for processing your store credits. If you haven't received a store credit in a timely manner please email me at tc@tcolliercollection.design

 RETURNS

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We appreciate your business!  We hope you LOVE your new purchase but understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out! Here's what you need to do if this is the case...

 We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with tags attached, free of deodorant, perfume, smoke, make-up, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping cost are the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you will know when we receive your return as we do not notify you once received. 

Damages and issues
We have carefully inspected all items for damages or issues before shipping to our customers. However, we are human and make mistakes. If your garment is damaged or there is an issue please notify us within 3 days of receiving your garment via email at tc@tcolliercollection.design or it will not be accepted. Please attach picture of the damage with your first and last name as well as order number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on holiday items, sale items, jewelry or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want as some of our stock is limited is to send us an email letting us know the details of your exchange. Once product is returned we will then fulfill your order.
